1)They respect each other and care for each other.
    2) The different type of animals/friends and the moral of the story,"And from that day to this, cats have always chased after mice".
    3) I would be a generous and loyal friend and I would not leave my friends when he/she is in trouble as that is being rude.
    4) No, as I do not think animals can talk. And I don't believe that a Cat and Mouse are friends instead of the Cat chasing the Mouse.
    5) I would end the story as everyone apologising to each other and the Cat changes it's mind to forgive the Mouse.

Thank you for sharing your opinion about friendship - I agree with you that we should not not leave our friends when they are in trouble or need our assistance. As true friends, stick together irregardless of situation :)

Perhaps you would like to introduce yourself since you are using your parent's account to post your responses.

You are very realistic. I agree with you that it could not a real story because in reality, animals could not speak like us except for parrots!

I like happy ending too :)

    1) I like the part when the mouse ran out of the dog's ear.
    2) About how close the friends are and the part when there was a hole in the dugout canoe makes it an interesting story.
    3) I would be a cooperative and helpful friend. Well, I have to see whether my friends are asking me to do the right thing or the bad thing. If they are asking me to help them in a positive situation, I will help them.
    4) I think it is a fake story as in imaginary as cats, dogs, crabs and mice cant talk or should I say communicate with each other.
    5) I will make the ending happy, as in the cat will forgive the mouse and the mouse turned over a new leaf.

    2. Glad to know that you check your responses and corrected them. Perhaps Ryan would like to do likewise as he has some typo errors in his post. Could someone help Ryan to spot those errors?

I am glad that you pointed out that you have to assess if your friends are asking you to do the right or the bad thing as it is important to be able to differentiate what is good for us and what is not as we would not want to do something that would harm ourselves or other s just because we want to please our friends.

3)I would be a caring friend and no,I would not leave my friend if he/she is in trouble.
4)I do not think this is a true story. How could four friends live on an island with no food and water to eat and drink, and they would've got a heat stroke because of the sun.
5)I would end the story like this:The mouse eventually stopped running and the cat ate him up. The cat found him tasty and turned onto cannibalism and ate the remaining two "friends".After the cat ate the two friends,he started to become hungry again and slowly and painfully, he ate himself.

    1. Good point, Ethan! I agree with you that the four friends would not be able to survive if they were to live on the island with no water and food.

However, what a sadistic ending. Perhaps you would like to consider changing the ending to something more realistic or pleasant :)

    MY CORRECTIONS:
5)While the cat chased the mouse, the remaining two friends started looking for food.Eventually, they found a coconut tree and waited for a VERY long time.A coconut dropped eventually, but the two friends had no strength left ,slowly they ripped open the thick covering of the coconut. The cat was still chasing the mouse around until the mouse slipped and fell into the sea.Water entered its lungs and soon there was nothing...
